PSALMS RETREAT
DEEPER CONNECTIONS WITH GOD, OURSELVES & OTHERS
Calvin Seminary’s Institute for Mission, Church, & Culture is pleased to invite churches to send 2-3 people to participate in a retreat focusing on an experiential approach to engaging the psalms (1 of whom should be in some form of church leadership). The retreat will lead participants through ancient Christian worship practices to cultivate deeper connection with themselves, God, and others. It is in these communal contexts of trust and vulnerability that we encounter God and ourselves in transformative ways.
Please fill out this registration form as your commitment to participate in the Psalms Retreat in Malibu, CA, October 20-23, 2025. The retreat will begin at 12:00pm on Monday the 20th and conclude by 12:00pm on Thursday the 23rd.
Lodging, food, and hospitality costs are covered by funding from the Lilly Endowment Inc.; participants only need to pay for travel costs to and from the Retreat Center.
Due to limited space, preference will be given to applicants who are part of a team of 2-3 people from the same congregation.
